                                               FINALLY: COLLEGE FOOTBALL.

Here’s what I have learned so far about Georgia football: The difference between the University of Georgia team and the Georgia Tech team makes my Coke Zero more delicious. The UGA mascot is a real bulldog, which means one dies pretty regularly from not being able to breathe right. Some of our favorite people here care the most about college football, and lend me their UGA hat to watch my first game in, and say perfect things like “If Boise wins, I’m not gonna eat potatoes for the rest of the year” and “I know way too much about all these kids. I care about these kids and I want to see them succeed in life and in football every year. I don’t know why I feel this way. I don’t understand. It’s just college football.” Watching with them is like being inside of someone’s beating heart.
